Hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA). When you visit it, Netlify processes the data that is technically necessary in server log files (IP address, time, page requested, browser) in order to deliver the pages and keep the service running. This data may be transferred to the USA.

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and loads no content from third parties.

Forms

At the end of a text or a recording you can leave your email address to hear how and when it continues, or send me a message. What is sent is what you enter (email address, message), and which piece, in which language and in which form the form belongs to. It is stored by Netlify's form service and delivered to me by email. Your email address is optional; it is needed only for “Let me know”. A message without an address stays anonymous.

I use it only for the purpose you entered it for: to let you know or to reply to you. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to hello@quietstructure.space; I will then delete your details. An address you left for “Let me know” is deleted once I have let you know.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, to object to it, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
